Part of the Lilly Endowment Inc.’s National Initiative to Address Economic Challenges Facing Pastoral Leaders, the Church Financial Literacy and Leadership Program helps to equip and train pastors and church leaders in their financial management and leadership for congregations. The Foundation believes it is important to resource pastoral leaders and the congregations that they serve in the areas of church financial literacy, leadership and management to promote vitality and excellence in ministry.
