Fund Restriction

For scholarships. In order of priority, special consideration should be given to:

1) Local Presbyterian students who will be attending Presbyterian institutions.

2) Local Presbyterian students who will be attending other educational institutions.

3) Arkansas Presbyterian students who will be attending Presbyterian institutions.

4) Arkansas Presbyterian students who will be attending other educational institutions.

5) Any Presbyterian students who will be attending Presbyterian institutions.

6) Any Presbyterian students who will be attending other educational institutions.

In all cases, financial need, scholastic record, and service to church, school, community and state shall be considered. Scholarships may be paid directly to the student. Awards shall be made annually.
