Rev. Dr. Steve Locke
Rev. Dr. Steve Locke is serving as interim pastor at Pacific Beach Presbyterian Church in San Diego, California. He retired in 2018 from full-time ministry after 41 years of service. He most recently served as pastor and head of staff at First Presbyterian Church in El Cajon, Ca., for 18 years. Steve received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena. He has also taught theology in seminaries as well as engaged in personal and marriage counseling opportunities and worked with community organizations. He is married and has three adult children.
