A Blessing for Ordinary Time

As leaves take on their autumnal hues,

As damp air gives way to crispness,

As we continue to stumble down crooked and tangled paths of common life,

As you face decisions and pivots and no clear good answers,

Breathe in the breath – the gift – of life.

Even in the most ordinary of days, may you encounter God’s extraordinary grace.

And may you discover, by God’s goodness, manna enough for today.
