Faith in Christ calls us to a life of reversals: happiness detached from wealth, reputation, power, or possessions. Our call is to go out into the world dissatisfied with what is and to turn the culture of me first upside down; and to do the work rooted in the compassion, peace, and grace of Lord, Jesus Christ. Blessed our we for faith is more than contentment with what is, but an interior joy that becomes external, elation spoken in shouts, songs & acclamations.
