William M. (Bill) Wiles is a Christian writer and the Commissioned Pastor serving First Presbyterian Church, Chelsea, Oklahoma. He serves as the treasurer for Eastern Oklahoma Presbytery as well as the treasurer for Dwight Presbyterian Mission, Inc., and the Presbyterian Historical Society of the Southwest.

Bill also serves on the board of the Omaha Presbyterian Seminary Foundation where he chairs the Lifelong Learning grants committee. He has written two books:  Choosing to Believe in God and Salvation: God’s Best Gift to Us. Bill is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
