Rev. Joseph Moore serves as the Ministry Relations Officer for the Southwest region. He works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers seminars and workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees.

“I am convinced that the Spirit is at work in our Church and stories of hope and faithfulness are the cornerstone of effective ministry and stewardship,” said Joseph. “I am excited to walk with congregations as they explore innovative and effective ways to tell their stories, and to use the expertise and resources of the Presbyterian Foundation to help support their mission and ministry.”

Prior to joining the Foundation, Joseph served as pastor at several churches in Texas and Colorado. He is a graduate of Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and Trinity University (TX). He and his wife Shelley live in Ft. Collins, CO with their three children, Micah, Liam, and Hettie.
