Fund Restriction

Helping deserving pupils in the payment of their expenses in their course of study in the Union Theological Seminary, of Richmond, Virginia, of which Dr. R.B. Lacy, Jr., is President. It is my wish that the fund shall be established as a perpetual fund and the revenues therefrom used in assisting deserving pupils at said Seminary, but if it is deemed best the principal may be used as a revolving loan fund to be available at a low rate of interest. The right to determine the individual or individuals who shall from time to time receive aid and the times of disbursing the revenues shall be in the Committee of the Seminary that handles the other loan funds.
