Fund Restriction

for the benefit of the Duke University Medical Center Department of Psychiatry, to be used by the Department for the purpose of furthering research and treatment in the field of psychiatry, specifically through the granting of full or partial fellowships to such qualifying post-doctoral students as might be selected by said Department as the recipients thereof. September 28, 2040 [within current processing cycle] both principal and accumulated income shall be distributed.
