to assist a resident or residents of Scotia Village who need financial aid to be able to live at Scotia Village. (It is assumed that the goverance structure at Scotia Village has established and continues to review policies regarding elegibility for financial assistance to residents and potential residents. It is the expressed intent of the donors that the identity of those receiving assistance from this Fund is a very private matter.)
