Blessing and Benediction from Rev. Rebecca Mallozzi

by Rev. Rebecca Mallozzi

Where can I go from your spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, you are there. – Psalm 139:7-8

Blessed are you, in whatever season of life you find yourself today.
Blessed are you, the joyful and comfortable, with smiles to share.
Blessed are you, the grieving and may you be comforted.
Blessed are you, the curious and wondering. May you keep your sense of awe.
Blessed are you, whether you are rock solid in your faith or questioning everything. May God give you clarity.
Blessed are you, the tired and worn out. May God give you rest.
Blessed are you, the lost and forgotten. God sees you and hears you and loves you.
Blessed are you, the ones working for a better world. May we walk side by side and hand in hand through the work God has given us and equipped us to do.
Blessed are you, in whatever way you show up to serve God and serve others. Thank you for your love.

Blessed are we as we navigate wherever we are. God is with us.

There is no place we can go apart from God. Thanks be to God for God’s presence and steadfast love.
