Our hearts are broken, our hearts are divided
Fill us physically and spiritually
With your presence

Our communities are resistant, disconnected from each other
We can reconnect, your love unite us and heal us
Your touch transforms us
We are in need of your touch Jesus of Nazareth
We have stopped believing, we have lost our focus in you
In good times, in times not so good
Your presence comforts us, your power redeems us
May the powerful God almighty
Jesus Christ healer of excellence
The Holy Spirit, giver of a special touch
That can give us strength, sustenance and motivation
Be with us now and forever. Amen.

Rev. Jeniffer Rodríguez Michel
Rev. Jeniffer Rodríguez Michel is pastor at the First Presbyterian Church of Ossining, NY. Jeniffer and her husband, Kyle Craig, are the parents of Emma Sophia and Eric Gabriel. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she pursued her Master of Divinity at McCormick Theological Seminary. Rev. Rodríguez Michel likes to do creative things with art, both for worship and personally. She is a chaplain of the New York City-based Ecumenical Choir Cántico Nuevo (New Song) and is involved in social justice issues.
