Old and new, above and below, wide and narrow
Change our hearts the way we see you, God
Looking up and looking down, being far and being near
Change our hearts the way we experience you, God
The whole world has misplaced your true existence

In the beginning and at the end, remembered and forgotten
Change our hearts the way we recognize you, God
Being focused and being indifferent, committed and disengaged
Change our hearts the way we connect with you, God
Your creation oh God is in need of reconnecting with you

And even knowing what Jesus has done
And continue doing for all of us
We continue doubting the resurrected Jesus
What else would we need in order to believe
that our Lord is alive at all times of our lives?

As we go out in this Easter season
Let’s remember and experience fully our Christianity
There is so much to be done in a doubting world
There is so much we need to do starting with us
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen

Cambia nuestros corazones de la forma como te vemos, Dios
Mirando hacia arriba y mirando hacia abajo, en lejanía y cercanía

El mundo ha perdido tu verdadera existencia

En el principio y al final, en recuerdo y en el olvido

Con enfoque e indiferencia, con compromiso y en desconexión
Cambia nuestros corazones de la forma como nos conectamos contigo, Dios
Tu creación está en necesidad de reconectarse contigo

Y aún sabiendo lo que Jesús ha hecho
Y continúa haciendo por la humanidad
Seguimos dudando del Jesús resucitado
¿Qué más necesitamos para creer
que nuestro Señor está vivo en todos los momentos de nuestras vidas?

Mientras salimos en esta temporada de Pascua
Recordemos y experimentemos plenamente nuestro Cristianismo
Hay mucho que hacer en un mundo de dudas
Hay mucho que necesitamos hacer empezando por nuestra persona
En el nombre del Padre, del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo. Amén.
