
Rev. Reginald “Reggie” Tuggle

Rev. Reginald Tuggle served as pastor at Memorial Presbyterian Church in Roosevelt, NY for 38 years. During this time, he watched the church grow from less than 50 members to more than 1,000, and as the church grew so did the annual giving total. He was also able to run a capital campaign that raised a million dollars, all of which was given in addition to normal Sunday tithing.
Tuggle also co-founded the Roosevelt Charter School as a K-3 school that has grown in the 20 years since it began to house grades K-8. He was also the president for two non-profit organizations which successfully raised funds for youth services and economic development.
Having received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Bishop College, he went on to earn his Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary and a master’s degree from Yale.
