Kathy is a former Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank and president of two firms that consulted to financial service giants for more than 20 years. She is a ruling elder and member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in West Sacramento, California. Kathy is passionate about starting new congregations and has advised many new innovative and immigrant congregations.

She has also served the church as a former moderator of the Presbytery of Sacramento and member of the Executive Council, former chair of the Pacific Mission Exchange Team (PMX) of the Synod of the Pacific, and former board member of the Presbyterian Mission Agency of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). She holds B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
