Introduction

This program is designed to help build the pipeline of tomorrow’s technology leaders as part of a well-rounded summer internship program, Information Technology Interns will gain hands on experience across the core technology functions that enable a secure, reliable, and mission driven IT services organization.

The internship provides direct and focused training and experience in:

• Help Desk operations, including end user support, ticket management, troubleshooting, and customer service best practices
• Information Security fundamentals, including security awareness, phishing response, and data protection principles
• IT infrastructure fundamentals, including networking basics, hardware and device management, cloud services exposure, and enterprise systems support

Interns will work alongside experienced IT professionals and contribute to real world projects that support daily operations, cybersecurity posture, and technology modernization initiatives. The program emphasizes practical learning, professional development, and exposure to how technology enables secure and effective fiduciary and financial services.

The program is especially rewarding for students who are interested in making a positive impact through technology and service. Interns will gain meaningful experience supporting systems and users in an organization built on principles of integrity, servant leadership, and a mission greater than ourselves.

Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States

Strong interest in technology support, cybersecurity fundamentals, or IT infrastructure

Students interested in nonprofit, mission driven, or service-oriented career paths will benefit most
