Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Rob joined the Foundation in 2012 and leads the Foundation’s efforts to build awareness among congregations, councils, mission and ministry organizations and individual Presbyterians. He helps lead the Foundation’s Social Witness functions, including its mission driven investing efforts.
He has served the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in leadership roles for nearly two decades. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was Director of Mission Communications at the Presbyterian Mission Agency, and served in a similar role at one of the denomination’s largest congregations in Orlando. He is also a ruling elder, former clerk of session, and former church treasurer. Bullock was a founding partner of a thriving marketing communications agency in Central Florida.
Rob holds a Masters in Global Strategic Communications from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Arts from Stetson University in Florida. A ruling elder, he is a member of St. John Presbyterian Church in New Albany, Indiana, and chairs the church’s board of trustees.
