Angela joined the Foundation in 2006 and is responsible for Corporate Governance, contract drafting and negotiation, fiduciary issues and HR advice. She also serves as Manager of Internal Audit and Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Officer for New Covenant Trust Company, NA, a subsidiary of the Presbyterian Foundation, providing investment management services for individuals, families, trusts, trustees, endowments, charitable and not-for-profit organizations, and businesses.



Prior to coming to the Foundation, she served as Corporate Counsel to Trover Solutions, an insurance subrogation firm.  She also has been in a private law practice and taught Business Law at Indiana Wesleyan University. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Blackburn College in Illinois, where she graduated third in her class. She received a Juris Doctorate from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana. Angela recently completed the Mini MBA for In-House Counsel at Boston University School of Management.

While in law school, Angela served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Education. She is past vice chair of the Alumni Board of Blackburn College, one of the Presbyterian colleges. Angela is also a member and ruling elder of New Goshen Presbyterian Church, in Prospect, KY.
