reinvest said income, as said income is received, back into principal, until the Fund reaches twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00). At that time, the Foundation shall pay the net income only therefrom (hereinafter the Net Income) after the expiration of each calendar quarter (or at any other regular time interval as established by the Board of Trustees of the Foundation from time to time) to Shandon Presbyterian Church, 607 Woodrow Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29205 (hereinafter the Beneficiary), to be used for scholarships in the Child Development Center or in a succeeding ministry of the church which serves children at the church location or in the community.
