Stewardship Support

God has called us to generously share our resources with our community, our church and our world. Your church can practice faithful stewardship in partnership with the Foundation in the following ways:

Ministry Relations Officer

Your Ministry Relations Officer can coach and consult with your church about annual stewardship, planned giving, and capital campaigns. They also can lead educational and inspirational workshops on stewardship, generosity, and legacy planning.

Church Financial Leadership Academy

An interactive and educational church finance tool for pastoral leaders offered at no cost consisting of self-directed video-based courses on an e-learning platform. Get started using the registration code PCUSA at churchfla.com.

Stewardship Navigator

Check out the Stewardship Navigator, an online portal that offers a narrative budget builder, templates for brochures and many other tools, all at no charge.

Online Giving

Sign up for Online Giving. We can set your church up with an account that will allow members of your congregation to give to your church right through your website.

Endowments and Investments

Many churches and ministries are seeking methods of investing that are consistent with their faith and values. We can share best practices for investment policies. We also have a variety of vehicles and platforms to fit every church’s need. We can provide investing for you in a fossil free portfolio, and we can offer investments that are consistent with the Mission Responsibility Through Investment guidelines. We can also create custom portfolios to meet your specific needs through a fee-only advisor relationship with the New Covenant Trust Company, which is part of the Foundation.

Project Regeneration

If your church is reaching the point of considering its future, we can help you discern what to do next. Project Regeneration works with congregations that are ready for a new chapter, such as moving, merging or even closing. We can help your church determine the best path, including selling assets, creating an endowment to fund ministries far into the future or other paths you feel called to take. We have extensive experience with churches all over the United States that have taken these steps, and we can help you.

Capital Campaigns

Capital Campaigns are an essential part of the church-funding mix. They provide for new and expanded facilities, growing endowments, paying down debt, and launching new mission efforts. The Foundation and its partners offers resources to help make your next capital campaign a success.
