Day of Learning: Planned Giving Registration

The Presbyterian Foundation is pleased to offer the Day of Online Learning again with presentations and conversation about planned giving programs and best practices for your congregation. There will be time for questions and answer and an opportunity to access giving resources.

Join us March 29th for this FREE online learning opportunity.

10:00 a.m. PT/1:00 p.m. ET Good, Better, Best: Right-sized Planned Giving Programs: Ellie Johns-Kelley, Ministry Relations Officer of the Allegheny and Chesapeake Region, and Karl Mattison, Vice President for Planned Giving Resources will present on how to build a planned giving program from basics to advanced for all church sizes and needs. Discover various models of planned giving programs and get tools from a very basic practice to start the conversation to a full plan that demonstrates to donors that your session is prepared to receive and steward their legacy.

At 1:00 p.m. PT/4:00 p.m. ET join Having the Talk and Making the Ask: Olanda Carr, Senior Ministry Relations Officer of the East Region, will have a conversation with Rev. Dr. Brandi Casto-Waters of Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church in Augusta, Georgia,  to explore the practical workings of a planned giving program and how to talk to individuals about making a planned gift. Practical tools from an active congregation to help in having conversations about making a planned gift, and encouraging congregants to make legacy giving a part of their lifetime stewardship.
