Olanda Carr is the Ministry Relations Officer serving the East Region. He works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers seminars and workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees.  Olanda shares his call to the Foundation, “God calls us each day to do new and exciting things. I believe my service with the Foundation is such a call, and it provides me with an opportunity to further God’s kingdom and the mission of the PC (USA)”. 
 
Olanda brings a wealth of community involvement that includes serving as Treasurer for the homeless services organization, Peter’s Place, Inc. and Vice President of the Kappa Foundation of Charlotte.  He is also board member of the Catawba Economic Development Association. He has also served as a delegate to the 219th General Assembly and a member of the Committee of Theological Education (COTE).
 
Olanda holds a BBA and MBA from Montreat College (North Carolina) and is an elder and assistant treasurer of First United Presbyterian Church. He resides in Charlotte with his wife, Monica.

Rev. Dr. Rob Hagan is the Ministry Relations Officer serving the Northwest. He works with pastors and church leaders to cultivate generosity and promote stewardship within their congregations. He also meets with donors to assist them in making gifts to support their church and other ministries.
 
“My passion in ministry is to serve churches and pastors in order for the church to flourish and thrive in their vision to serve Christ,” said Hagan. “I wish to listen to goals and aspirations which individuals and churches have for leaving a legacy to the next generation. I look forward to partnering with churches to accomplish the vision of expanding the Kingdom of God.”
 
Before joining the Foundation, Rob was serving as Pastor and Head of Staff at Kennewick First Presbyterian Church in Kennewick, Washington since 1990. Previously, he served in various roles at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Fresno, California, Glenkirk Presbyterian Church in Glendora, California and Valley Community Presbyterian Church in Raleigh Hills, Oregon.

Robert Hay, Jr. serves as the Ministry Relations Officer for the Southeast. He works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers seminars and workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees. “God calls us all to ministry in different ways. I am grateful that God has called me to the Presbyterian Foundation where I can use my gifts and talents to help further the mission of the PC (USA) and the Kingdom of God,” said Robert.
 
Robert’s previous experience as Chief Administrative Officer with Hi-Hope Service Center and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Care and Counseling Center of Georgia has developed skills in strategy and visioning, resource allocation and development. These skills are instrumental in aiding pastors and ministries reach their goals and providing assistance to members as they make gifts to support the ministries for which they have a passion.
 
Robert holds a MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University and a BS in Business Administration from Auburn University. Robert is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree City where his wife, Rev. Morgan Hay, serves as the pastor. They live in Peachtree City, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, with their children, Stockton and Anderson.

Ellie Johns-Kelley serves as the Ministry Relations Officer for the Northeast Region. She works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers seminars and workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees. “Building on relationships and resourcing churches to help them increase funding for their ministry are my top priorities,” said Ellie. “I want to help others realize the vast amount of resources available through the Foundation and work in collaboration with other agencies of the PC (USA).”
 
Ellie comes to the Foundation after serving for three and a half years as Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Warren, Pennsylvania. Previously, she was Director of the Summer Youth Institute and Admission Associate at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

She is co-moderator of the Presbytery of Lake Erie’s Administrative Committee and a member of the Trustees. She has served on the General Assembly Permanent Judicial Commission and has served the Synod of the Trinity as the Regional Representative for the Theological Education Fund, a member of the Campus Ministry Task Force and a member of the Synod’s Permanent Judicial Commission. While in Warren, Ellie served on the Forest and Warren Counties Children’s Roundtable. In addition, she was a Board member and treasurer for the Warren County Juvenile Probation Association.
 
Ellie received a BS in Biology at Muskingum College and a Mast of Divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. She resides in Pittsburgh with her husband, Eric.

Stephen came to the Presbyterian Foundation in 2004 and leads the Ministry Relations efforts for the Presbyterian Foundation. His team of Ministry Relations Officers serves pastors and their congregations throughout the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) from regional offices across the country. Stephen and his staff work to help congregations create a culture of generosity in the church, offering seminars and workshops, developing gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and providing coaching to finance, stewardship, and endowment committees.
 
Prior to joining the Foundation, he spent 15 years at Western Michigan University where he served in many fund-raising capacities within the development office including the Annual Fund, athletic fund-raising, corporate and foundation relations and finally as a major gift officer. Stephen has three degrees from WMU – Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Master of Arts in Athletic Administration, and Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership. He is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Portage, Michigan.

Sherry Hester Kenney serves as the Ministry Relations Officer for the South-Central Region. She works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers seminars and workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees.
 
Sherry is a Certified Financial Planner who also holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. Previously, she had a professional practice in Denver working with individuals, families and businesses in planning for their financial security. Sherry is a ruling elder at Central Presbyterian Church and serves in areas of endowment, stewardship, evangelism and Christian education. She is also an active community volunteer and has worked with the development and planned giving committees of a number of non-profit organizations.
 
Sherry graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Denver.

Lisa Longo is the Ministry Relations Officer serving the Central Region. She works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers seminars and workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees. Lisa shared, “There is no higher calling than that which God asks of us.  It is my privilege to work with congregations and individuals to fund work being done in response to God’s call and to celebrate the joy of generosity.”

Lisa’s experience includes fundraising, fiscal management, policy development, board training and conference planning. As executive director of a national sorority she earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives. She is an elder at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Indianapolis serves on the Committee on Ministry for Whitewater Valley Presbytery.

She received a BA in Speech Communication from Penn State University and a MA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Lisa resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Andy. They have twin teenagers, Emma and Michael.

Mary “Minner” Serovy serves as the Ministry Relations Officer for the Upper Midwest. She works with congregations to create a culture of generosity, offers workshops, develops gifts and fundraising plans for ministries, and provides coaching to finance, stewardship and endowment committees. “It is a privilege to work with our congregations and I’m committed to offering all the resources of the Foundation to help congregations meet their ministry and mission goals.”
 
Minner has served the Presbyterian Church (USA) in various roles beginning in 1988 as Associate for Specialized Personnel Services. She later served as Director of Admissions and Student Relations at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and most recently with the Board of Pensions, first as a Regional Representative and then as Director of Presbyterian CREDO (CREDO offers clergy the opportunity to examine their spiritual, vocational, health and financial lives and prayerfully discern God’s call to wellness.)
 
She is a graduate of Carroll College in Wisconsin, with a year in Tubingen, Germany, and completed her M.Div. at Union Theological Seminary in New York City. She also has graduate training in Family system.

Rev. Dr. Steven Wirth serves Presbyterians, congregations and related organizations as a Foundation Ministry Relations Officer. Wirth is located in Long Beach, California is available to all those in California, Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. Wirth is responsible for cultivating and developing gifts among Presbyterians to further the mission and ministry of congregations, mid councils and other Presbyterian related ministries. 

Prior to coming to the Presbyterian Foundation Steven served as a pastor of Grace First Presbyterian and Lakewood First, both in Long Beach, CA. After receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of Dubuque, Wirth continued on to Dubuque Theological Seminary to earn a M.Div degree and later a D.Min. from the San Francisco Theological Seminary.
