Presbyterian Foundation Linking Agreement for Churches, Synods and Presbyteries

This Linking Agreement is made between the Presbyterian Foundation and ________________________________.The ability to link to the Presbyterian Foundation’s Web site is provided at no charge.

You are not required to add a link to the Presbyterian Foundation’s Web site by signing this agreement and you may remove the link from your Web site at any time, without notice to the Presbyterian Foundation. If after returning this Linking Agreement to us, you link to the Presbyterian Foundation’s Web site, we will grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Presbyterian Foundation service mark and Internet icon(s), if available (the “Licensed Marks”) for charitable development activities.

In order to protect the Presbyterian Foundation’s intellectual property rights, you acknowledge that you will not obtain nor acquire any intellectual property rights belonging to the Foundation under this Linking Agreement. You agree that you will not directly or indirectly infringe on the Presbyterian Foundation’s intellectual property rights.

The Presbyterian Foundation shall have no control over the content of your Web site. As such, it also shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your website.

• If you link to the Presbyterian Foundation’s Web site, your Web site:Should only link to the Foundation’s Home Page.
• Should not create frames around the Presbyterian Foundation’s Web site or use other techniques that alter the visual presentation of the Foundation’s Web site.
• Should not imply that the Presbyterian Foundation is endorsing a particular mission or Presbyterian Church (USA) entity as opposed to any other.
• Should not misrepresent your relationship with the Presbyterian Foundation or present incorrect or misleading impressions about the Presbyterian Foundation’s products or services.

The Presbyterian Foundation may amend these Link Conditions.You agree to abide by these Link Conditions and other legal terms and conditions on the Web sites, as amended from time to time. All terms and conditions related to the use of the Presbyterian Foundation’s Web site will be construed according to the laws of Indiana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
