Dale LeCount is a graduate of Princeton University and holds the Doctor of Education from Teachers College, Columbia University (NY). Prior to joining the Foundation in 1997, Dale served on the faculties of Franklin and Marshall College (PA) and of Muhlenberg College (PA). He held administrative positions as Dean of Students and Dean of Continuing Education. In 1999, he earned the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College (PA). He is an elder and a member of Sardis Presbyterian Church in Charlotte.
