Laura C. Plumley serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Hofstra School of Law and is a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2001, she had been counsel and vice president of Keystone Financial, Inc (PA). Other previous experience includes serving as Counsel and Chief of Compliance with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission; and Hearing Officer of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
