Estate Planning Tools
The Presbyterian Foundation has created a set of tools to assist you in your estate planning. Foundation staff members have expertise in charitable giving and are always available to you for consultation. As with any decision regarding legal and financial matters, we recommend you consult with your own independent professionals including: attorneys, accountants, trust officers, life insurance professionals, investment advisors, and real estate brokers.
Composing a Legacy
provides an overview of many charitable giving instruments available through estate planning. Equipped with this information, you can more fully evaluate and discuss estate planning options with your financial and legal advisors. These include bequests, trusts, endowments, gift annuities, life insurance, and more.
The Record Keeper
is an estate planning workbook used to help you organize information and record your possessions. Upon completion, it will provide a clear, precise record of your personal and financial information. It can be used to prepare an estate plan; it is also a convenient way of organizing information for your loved ones
or in preparation to meet with the attorney who will draft your estate planning documents.
