  Gregory T. Rousos
President & Chief Executive Officer


Greg Rousos graduated from The Ohio State University with a BSBA degree with majors in accounting and computer and information science and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. Before joining the Foundation in 2000, he held senior positions with ResCare, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Thornton Oil.
 
       
  Tim Clark
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Tim Clark is a graduate of Central Michigan University and has over 32 years of experience in the banking, trust and financial services sector. A founding partner in Tri-Star Trust Bank in Saginaw, Michigan, he was instrumental in growing Tri-Star's assets under management, increasing staff size and adding two locations.
 
       
  Brad Masters
Vice President, Business Development and Financial Advisor

Brad joined New Covenant Trust Company in 2012 and is responsible for responding to the needs of Churches, institutions, and individuals with regard to identifying the most appropriate ways to invest Endowment assets, reserve funds, or personal investments through the Presbyterian Foundation and/or New Covenant Trust Company.  In his role, Brad consults and guides both existing and prospective clients through the process of determining an appropriate investment strategy given the unique growth goals, mission programs, risk tolerance, time horizon, and spending needs of each Church, institution, and individual client we are able to serve.

Brad is a graduate of Bellarmine University and has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry – specific to investments, banking, and trust services.  Prior to joining the Presbyterian Foundation & New Covenant Trust Company, he worked with fee-only and fee-based registered investment advisors, as well as high net worth individuals and institutional clients as part of TIAA-CREF Asset Management, Loring Ward Advisor Services, and also the J.P. Morgan Private Bank.  He is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School and has earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.
 
       
  Carla S. Dobson
Vice President and Director of Trust Services


Carla joined the Presbyterian Foundation in 1988 and transitioned to New Covenant Trust Company when it was formed in 1998. With more than 27 years of experience assisting individuals and church related institutions with their gifting and financial needs, Carla provides leadership to the trust administration team of Trust Officers and Trust Associate. She holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University School of Business with a major in accounting. She is a graduate of Cannon Trust School and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
 
       
  Anna Edlin,
Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer

Anna joined the Foundation in 1999 and transitioned to New Covenant Trust Company in 2013 as Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer.  She directs and coordinates activities relative to creating and administering charitable trust, personal trust, and investment management accounts in accordance with the terms of the agreement.  Anna also manages investment trading, performance reporting, tax reporting and other operational functions.

A Certified Public Accountant, and Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager Anna is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.  She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University.
 
       
  Oweeda J. Kinnaird
Trust Administrator

Oweeda has 23 years of service to the Presbyterian Foundation Group with 9 years experience with New Covenant Trust Company, providing administrative support and trust administration services. Prior to service to the Foundation Group, she had over 14 years client relationship experience in the social service field assisting individuals reach their educational and employment goals. She attended Sullivan Junior College of Business.
 
       
  Lisa C. Love
Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer

Lisa joined New Covenant Trust Company in January of 2000.  She is responsible for building and strengthening client relationships. Lisa directs and leads activities relative to creating and administrating charitable trusts, personal trusts, and investment management accounts.  In addition, she reviews with clients their individual plan for their trust account and focuses on providing trust planning guidance while interpreting a will or trust.  Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Lisa is an honors graduate of Kenyon College (Ohio), earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, and is a member in good standing with the Kentucky Bar Association.  She is also a graduate of Cannon Trust School and earned the CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) designation.  Lisa is a member of the Louisville Bar Association Probate Section and Investment Committee.
 
       
  Troy Marables
Relationship Officer

Troy Marables has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Troy joined the Foundation in 1997 and has over 18 years of service to the Presbyterian Foundation Group.  He has previously been licensed as a registered rep for the New Covenant Funds Family of mutual funds, currently serves as the Manager of the Foundation’s Client Services Unit and is a Trust Officer with New Covenant Trust Company.  Troy is responsible for building and strengthening client relationships along with directing activities relative to creating and administering charitable trusts, personal trusts, and investment management accounts.
 
Troy studied Business Administration at Florida A&M University and is currently enrolled at the University of Louisville.
 
       
  Joe Tackett
Planning and Development Officer

Joe joined the Presbyterian Foundation in November of 2014 as a Planning and Development Officer.  He strives to develop relationships with potential donors and clients by providing them with the information they need regarding the services offered by New Covenant Trust Company and the Presbyterian Foundation.  Prior to joining our group, he served as an Assistant Trust Officer at Town and Country Bank and Trust Company.  He received his MBA and JD degrees from the University of Louisville and his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.
